Crankcase ventilation check valve – SAAB 9-3 II / 9-5 II | Plastic or aluminum

Check valve for the crankcase ventilation system of SAAB B207 and A20NHT/A20NFT engines. Available as a plastic replacement in the original design or as a robust aluminum upgrade.

The valve ensures the correct flow direction of crankcase gases and prevents boost pressure from entering the crankcase via this path. A worn or leaking diaphragm can contribute to issues such as increased oil consumption, oil leaks, and disrupted mixture regulation.

Two versions to choose from

* Plastic – Original design: Affordable aftermarket replacement part for replacing a defective stock valve.
* Aluminum – Upgrade: Version with a surface-treated aluminum housing and spring-loaded rubber diaphragm. The reinforced construction offers a robust alternative to the standard plastic version – including for tuned engines.

* SAAB 9-3 II: B207 and A20NHT/A20NFT
* SAAB 9-5 II: A20NHT/A20NFT
